Hello world!
It’s so hard keeping up with journal entries while I’m travelling because there’s so much going on! I’m currently on day 12(?) and I’m on hostel 5. I’m in Bangkok for a couple more days before I go to Pattaya City. I’m having a good time so far.
That felt too brief didn’t it? I don’t know what to yap about because everything is just going as planned. I’m doing lots of sightseeing and I’m meeting cool new people. I could mention what I think of Thailand, and it’s that I think it’s pretty cool. It’s a good holiday destination but I wouldn’t live here. I still want to live in Japan. I think Thailand is a very extroverted culture, whereas Japan is the opposite, and that speaks more to me. The heat also sucks in Thailand, because it’s just far too hot almost all of the year. I couldn’t survive here.
My university deadlines are fast approaching too. I finished it all last month but it’s interesting to imagine all the people scrambling to finish their assignments while I lounge about by a pool with a beer. My ego sounds too big. I do think that rushing to finish assignments is silly though, like there’s so much time so just grind it out at the start and then you shouldn’t have to worry. Oh well. That was my method for university and it worked pretty well.
I will try and update this more regularly but it’s a busy time in the life of me. Thanks for reading though.
