Hello world!

Not much to add for this update. I’m just under halfway through a very busy week of working, and so far it’s been completely fine. The show tonight at work is super exciting, so I’m ready for it. It will be fun.

My money situation is fine? I’m saving as much as I can and not going out as much, because I’m less than three weeks away now and I’ve been a bit worried about how much money I will have when I leave. I just keep getting hit with random annoying bills, like my website having to get its yearly renewal, and then having to pay my final electricity bill. It’s just annoying. I should mention that my website has to get renewed because it forms a large portion of my university assignment, so I need it. I’m saving though, and set out a plan that mostly works.

Minor bits of stress aside, I’m super excited for my travels and for Primavera and then for the big move to Japan. I feel super confident about getting my degree, as I feel as though I’ve been doing quite well in my final year. Getting my degree is the most important thing in my life at the minute, because when I get it, they will grant me my Japan work visa. I’m still a bit worried that the job offer from the teaching agency might get taken back for some strange reason, but that’s a problem for another time. I’ve said this before, but I won’t feel completely stress-free until I physically have a visa form in my hand, or until I pass through immigration in Japan. Until then I will just hang out and try to see more of the world.
